The Promega Plasmid Collection is a set of plasmids now distributed by Addgene that enables researchers to access Promega technologies for a wide variety of research applications. These plasmids are available to both nonprofit and industry scientists without an MTA. Ordering
Plasmids from this collection can be ordered as either a bacterial stab or a 20 µg DNA preparation in Tris buffer. Plasmid DNA is shipped at a concentration of 500 ng/µl +/- 25 ng/µl and is suitable for use in molecular biology and scientific research applications. For use in transfection experiments, it is recommended to first perform endotoxin testing.
For DNA orders, these shipments are processed within 6–8 business days in our laboratory. Please note that any additional items in your order may not ship until the DNA processing has been completed.
