As of September 2026, the Transfection-Ready format contains over 27,000 plasmids, from three of the most-requested categories of our collection:
- CRISPR tools like Cas9, other nucleases, and sequence-specific gRNAs
- Imaging and reporter constructs such as fluorescent and luminescent reporters
- Gene expression vectors for driving protein expression in mammalian cells
For more information on the service, start with our Transfection-Ready DNA page.
If you are looking for something more specific, you can also use our new “DNA Options” filter when you are searching — simply click on “More Filters” on our search results page to find this option.
If you are on an individual plasmid page, look for the catalog numbers ending with “D50” and “D100” in the ordering table — if you see those, the plasmid is available for the service!
As more plasmids are added to the repository, the Transfection-Ready catalog will continue to expand. If the plasmid you want is not currently available for the service, tell us via the Transfection-Ready DNA Suggestion Form. Note that completing the form does not guarantee that we will add a specific plasmid, but helps us decide what to add next.
