If you or someone in your lab has not received a confirmation email with an Addgene order number, then your order is most likely not yet in our system.
Addgene cannot fulfill orders sent via email, fax, or phone. All orders are processed according to the information entered through our online checkout process only.
If you are placing an order with a purchase order (PO), it is a two-step process:
- Follow your institution's internal procedures to generate an authorized PO number
- Place your order on our website and enter the PO number as payment during checkout
Once the order has been submitted through our website, you will receive a confirmation email with your Addgene order number. In general, most orders are turned around within a week. For more detailed ordering instructions please click here.
