Recombinant Antibodies (rAb)
For recombinant antibodies encoded by mammalian expression vectors, human embryonic kidney cells are transfected with the plasmid(s) encoding the heavy and light chains. Antibodies are expressed for 7 days and then purified from the supernatant using Protein A or Protein G affinity columns.
Please see the Institute for Protein Innovation (IPI) Help Center article for specific information on these antibodies.
