Recombinant Antibodies (rAb)
For recombinant antibodies encoded by mammalian expression vectors, human embryonic kidney cells are transfected with the plasmid(s) encoding the heavy and light chains. Antibodies are expressed for 7 days and then purified using affinity chromatography followed by buffer exchange with centrifugal columns.
Please see the Institute for Protein Innovation (IPI) Help Center article for specific information on these antibodies.
