Credit card information can be entered during the checkout process or added after an order has been submitted if the original payment method was a Purchase Order (PO).
During Checkout
- Select the Credit Card option during the Payment step of checkout
After Order Placement
- From the My Account menu, navigate to Order History
- Click Pay by Credit Card for the relevant order
- Enter credit card information or send the secure URL to your billing or accounts payable department
Credit Card Policies
- Addgene accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
- Credit cards are processed only after an order has shipped, at which time a receipt will be emailed to the order contact. You may see a pending or pre-authorization charge in your account until the payment has been processed.
- For security purposes, we are not able to accept credit card information over the phone. All credit card information must be entered through our website.
- Credit card information is processed in accordance with Level 1 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
