If your order is on hold for a reason that does not require follow-up with Addgene, you will be able to remove it from within your account by following the steps below:
- Login to your Addgene account
- Navigate to My Account and select Open Orders
- Click Resolve Order Issues to navigate to your order status page and review the order hold
- Click Remove Hold
- If all other required order information listed on the order status page is complete, your order will begin processing
Note: Certain order holds cannot be resolved by customers. If you cannot resolve your hold, please contact Addgene for more information.
