I placed an order, but haven't received any confirmation from Addgene. Has my order been placed?

If you have not received an email order confirmation from Addgene, then your order is most likely not in our system. All orders must be placed directly through our website: addgene.org. Once placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If your order was only faxed or emailed to us, then it would have never entered our system, and the order will need to be placed on our website.

If you would like to confirm that your order was not placed on our website, contact us with the item numbers of your order and we can check for you.
