There are two reasons why Addgene may be verifying your account.
1) If your email address needs to be verified
Whether you have just created an account or if you have changed the email address on your existing account, you will receive an email with a verification link. Clicking this link will complete the email verification process.
2) If your account has been affiliated with an organization that is not yet listed in our database, you will see the following notification:
This means that Addgene needs to complete the registration process by adding your organization to our system. You may also see this notification if you have updated an existing account to a new organization that needs to be verified. We review accounts regularly and will contact you within one business day to confirm your account registration or request additional information.
